Diagonal Runway 04/22 has disappeared, although the remains can be seen marked near the intersection. Click here to refer to a 1960 Landing Chart showing this runway. The NDB has also been moved from behind the Control Tower to north of the Runway 26 threshold.

Of particular note is the spread of the built-up area, particularly to the west, north-west and north-east of the field.
